Renowned traditional singer Nuala Kennedy is widely recognised for her passionate love of traditional music and her band was nominated as Folk Band of the Year 2013. At Lyth they will be joined by multi-award-winning Canadian fiddle and piano virtuoso Troy MacGillivray. Over ten years Nuala and Troy have developed an intuitive duo style, which when combined with Nuala’s dynamic band, is sure to result in musical fireworks! Not to be missed!

What a wonderful night of music and song! Nuala and her support musicians were great and I really enjoyed the variety of music and songs. Nuala’s amazing voice was a joy but the arrangements, especially with piano, were superb. A great evening and I look forward to seeing her again.
The attention of detail and the welcome we received at Lyth was world-class. The music-savvy coos (in the field outide) were a memorable bonus.
